Teach in Dubai!
Greenfield Community School opened Phase 1 (up to 560 students) in Dubai in 2007. In September 2010, we will open Phase 2 which will enable us to achieve our full capacity as a 1500 student KG-Grade 12 school. For January 2010 we seek a primary qualified and experienced teacher. For September 2010 we seek teachers in Primary Years and Middle Years programmes. We also require specialists to teach in both the primary and secondary sections. Salaries are competitive; benefits include single or family accommodation, annual flights, health cover and end of contract gratuity. Please note, in Dubai you need a degree (from a well-recognised university) in the subject you teach (e.g. to teach Maths your degree must be in Maths plus PGCE, primary teachers need a primary B.Ed. or PGCE), two years teaching post-qualifying experience and high school graduation papers. Visas are not issued for employees over 60. Preference will be given to candidates experienced or familiar with the International Baccalaureate Programmes, who have native speaker standard English language. Please submit your CV, letter of application, recent photograph, names and e-mail addresses of three referees to gcscareers@gcschool.ae, as soon as possible and no later than 5th November.
