For admissions requests please complete below online application form.


Please read our terms & conditions first. By completing the Online Application Form you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Payment of Application fee
Once we are in receipt of your submission, we will begin processing your application upon receipt of the application fee (AED 500 non-refundable). You may make this payment by filling in our Credit Card authorisation form and sending this to us:

You are also required to submit the following documents to progress with your application:

  • 2 Copies of student’s birth certificate (stamped and translated if not in English or Arabic and authenticated if issued from other countries other than United States of America, Australia, Canada and West Europe.)
  • Copy of any diagnostic testing or educational assessment
  • Copy of last full year and most recent school reports, signed and stamped on the school’s letterhead
  • 6 passport sized photographs
  • 1 copy of mother/legal guardian’s passport and residence visa
  • 1 copy of father/legal guardian’s passport and residence visa
  • 2 copies of student’s passport and residence visa
  • Student medical record
  • Transfer certificate. Please Click Here to see a Sample Transfer Certificate.  Please note that Transfer Certificates are only required from Grade 2 and above. For students coming from other countries other than United States of America, Australia, Canada, and West Europe, the transfer certificate should be attested from the Ministry of education, the UAE Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country from which the school certificate is issued.  For students coming from GCC countries, the Transfer Certficate must be stamped by the Ministry of Education in the GCC country the student was at school in.
  • Language choice Questionnaire , please fill in your childs language choice and submit along with the documents mentioned above.
  • Medical information pack, this form must be completed so that our Nurse can log all students details in our medical book.

Your application cannot be considered until the above documentation has been received.

When all the required paperwork is received, you will be contacted by the admissions office to arrange for the appropriate entrance assessments. Assessments are only arranged if we have places available, otherwise your application will be added to the appropriate waiting list. Please allow one week to ten days after the date of the assessment test to receive further information on the status of your application.

Acceptance to our school is contingent upon the results of the assessment test, student interview and former school history.
